Work involved the demolition of an existing public house and construction of new community health centre facilities, accommodating consulting rooms, minor surgery rooms, teaching and community rooms, offices, staff welfare facilities and car parking. The site is prominently located in the heart of Aston, Birmingham and the much needed facility has been designed to be easily used by staff and patients.

This new area medical centre provides consulting rooms for doctors and nurse practitioners, treatment rooms for minor operations, offices and meeting rooms, accommodation for the PCT, a pharmacy and patient waiting areas.
